Klotheds was born from a personal experience, even before a business idea.
Ever since I was little, I noticed that when my parents went into a store to buy clothes for me or my brother, something fundamental was often missing: genuine attention to the customer. The staff seemed only interested in closing the sale, without truly listening, without guiding the customer through the selection process. And too often, once delivered, the products didn't live up to their promises: after a short time, they would deteriorate, lose shape, or lose quality.

This is where Klotheds was born.
